Booking & Payments
How do I reserve my equipment?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer weekends. You can request a quote online or call us at (585) 483-6978. A deposit is required to secure your date and items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), cash, and checks (for corporate clients). Final payment is typically due prior to delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date within 12 months if cancelled with sufficient notice (typically 7+ days).
Delivery & Setup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all of Monroe County and parts of Ontario/Wayne Counties including Rochester, Greece, Henrietta, Pittsford, Penfield, Webster, Victor, and Canandaigua. View Service Area Map.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, delivery fees vary based on the distance from our warehouse on Mt Read Blvd. The fee covers fuel, truck maintenance, and the crew's travel time for both drop-off and pick-up.
When will you deliver my items?
For Saturday parties, we typically set up on Thursday or Friday. Pickups are usually Monday or Tuesday. We will confirm a delivery window with you the week of the event. Commercial events can schedule precise timing.
Tents & Inflatables
What if it rains?
Tents: Are designed for rain and sun protection. Inflatables: Light rain is okay, but high winds or thunderstorms are unsafe. We reserve the right to cancel inflatable setups if weather conditions are dangerous. In these cases, your deposit is fully refundable or transferable.
Do you call Dig Safely NY?
For large staked tents, we require utility marking. We handle the public utility call. Homeowners are responsible for marking private lines like sprinkler systems or invisible dog fences.
Does the Bounce House need power?
Yes, we need a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If you are at a park without power, you will need to rent a generator (we have them available!).
Rental Policies
Do I need to wash the linens?
No! Please shake off any food debris and place them in the provided laundry bags. We handle the professional cleaning. Please do not attempt to wash them yourself as this can set stains.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Small orders (games, concession machines, tables/chairs) can be picked up from our warehouse by appointment. Tents and large inflatables must be delivered and installed by our professional crew for safety reasons.
