Installation & Safety: What You Need to Know

Can you set up on a driveway or patio?

Yes! While grass setups are preferred because we can use stakes (which is the safest method), we can set up on concrete or asphalt using heavy barrel weights. Note: There is an additional fee for water/concrete weights.

How much space do you need?

We need a 5-foot perimeter around the tent for the ropes and stakes. For example, a 20x20 tent actually requires a 30x30 clear area.

Do you call Dig Safely NY?

For all staked tents, we recommend ensuring there are no private utility lines (sprinklers, invisible dog fences) in the area. We handle the standard public utility markings where required by law.
